Who are you and what do you do?
I am Neil Denman, a senior property finance adviser in NM Finance’s London Branch
How long have you worked in property finance and what do you enjoy working on most?
I've been in the industry for around 15 years and I enjoy working on complex cases, such as clients with adverse credit, unusual income structures or high net worth individuals.
What are the opportunities for clients at the moment?
The next few years are likely to see significant changes, I expect many legacy landlords and developers will exit the market and new entrants will come in. It's a buyers market and those with a property background are uniquely placed to capitalise on this, we provide the finance which is the final peice of the puzzle.
How would you sum up what makes NM Finance different?
We have decades of experience between the advisers in the firm which gives us excellent knowledge of all property finance sectors – it’s rare we find a deal we cannot place.
