New Mortgage Finance has grown organically, beginning life as a father and son, family business, to a team of experienced staff members today. Our philosophy of treating others as you would wish to be treated is just as relevant today as it was over 20 years ago.
Our Story
New Mortgage Finance was set up in 1998 by Des Mace and it wasn’t long before the team was strengthened by the introduction of Des’ son, Max Mace. Read more...
Des and Max have grown the business from a small office in Holt to the position it is today with 18 staff members across two offices, situated in Norwich and London.
The business has been built on solid property finance advice but New Mortgage Finance go further than that, they live and breathe property finance. The Directors and a number of staff all have first-hand experience with the very projects that their clients require advice on such as arranging buy to let finance, buying property at auction, arranging bridging finance for residential and commercial property, building a home and also using development finance for ‘ground up’ developments. As well as their extensive experience New Mortgage Finance are truly ‘whole of market’ in their approach and use the mortgage products of over 100 lenders to find their clients the right solution.
New Mortgage Finance share their personal experiences with their clients to ensure that each client, not only enjoys the process, but feels they have received ‘true value’ from the relationship. New Mortgage Finance is focused on delivering the right advice at the right time for their clients and being with them throughout their property journey, whether that is securing a home for a first-time buyer, creating a property portfolio or funding a development project, New Mortgage Finance will be by their clients’ side.
