NM Finance are proud to raise money for two fantastic Norfolk charities
We are delighted to announce that for 2024, we will be organising and taking part in a range of activities to raise money for two charities. We continue to support the Priscilla Bacon Hospice in Norfolk, the work they do is close to our hearts and we are proud to be a ‘platinum charity partner’.
New for this year we will also be supporting the Community Sport Foundation, a wonderful Norfolk charity that helps thousands of people across Norfolk achieve their goals. We feel that the values that the Community Sports Foundation show echo some of those within our business and are proud to support them throughout 2024.
About Community Sports Foundation
The Community Sports Foundation use the power of sport to support and inspire the community. Their charitable objectives are driving inclusion for people with disabilities, boosting mental health and wellbeing, and supporting disadvantaged people to raise their aspirations. Your support will impact thousands of children and adults who benefit from our life-changing provision. These include 'Fresh Start', an inclusive football group for refugees and asylum seekers; 'Team Talk' weekly football and mental wellbeing sessions; and 'Duncan's Club', a support programme for people with dementia and their carers.
About Priscilla Bacon Hospice
Following the completion and opening of the new Priscilla Bacon Lodge in 2023, the Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity is fundraising to provide a comprehensive bereavement service, specialist equipment, enhanced catering, patient and family transport, and to maintain the beautiful gardens. We aim to introduce services such as art and music therapy in the future. We will also support research, education and training to improve care at the new Priscilla Bacon Lodge, across Norfolk, and beyond.

Our Activities
To hit our 2024 fundraising target we have plans for a range of challenges and activities for everyone in the business to take part in, follow our social media accounts to see what we get up to:
Coastal Walk Challenge - Half Marathon - 18th May
Toby and Steve will be embarking on a 13 mile walk around the stunning Norfolk coast.
Cycle Swarm - 25 miles - 30th June
Gregg, Toby, Neil, Steve and Max will be cycling through Norfolk hoping not to fall off!
NM Finance Golf Day - 18th July
We were delighted to raise over £5000 for our charities at our annual golf day
Run Norwich - 10k - 8th September
Max, Steve, Neil and Gregg will be pounding the pavements through central Norwich.
